Events and Quests

The gameplay of the Valley includes numerous events and quests that users can participate in. These make the game more exciting and rewarding.

Quests are split in two categories. There are in-game quests, which help users learn about CardanoLands, the gameplay, the Metalab, as well as the functions of their Lands. Then, there are also off-game quests, where users will need to perform certain social actions to increase social media engagement. Both types of quests reward users and help them progress within the game.

On the other hand, events are more customized depending on their theme. The Gold Rush event is a good example that includes on-chain elements, like staking. Events will be sporadic and different every time, while third-party projects will also be able to use the underlying infrastructure to create events for their communities.
